How to cook ugali to serve 3


2 cups of Water

3 cups of maize flour


Boil water until if forms bubbles

Add a hand full or cup of flour into the water and let it cook a few seconds

Use a wooden spoon to stir or mix the water and flour,it will come together

Reduce the heat to medium and keep turning the ugali as it continues to stick for 2 mins

Gather the ugali and press into the middle of the sufuria

Once it becomes firm,turn into a bowl

Serve while sliced or whole with eggs, vegetables or stew
