Egg curry to serve 4

Ingredients.

4 boiled eggs

1 chopped onion

3 garlic

Chilli

1/2 teaspoon ginger

1/2 teaspoon turmeric

2 table spoon tomato paste

2 tomatoes chopped

Salt

Procedure

In a sufuria,heat vegetable oil,fry the onion and chilli until golden.

Add ginger and garlic. Stir till the raw smell goes off.

Add tomatoes,stir well until the mixture is thick

Add,tomato paste,tumeric and salt to taste

Add eggs, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with Rice or chapati
